This accommodation offers guests a wonderfully special place to stay, evident from the moment they arrive. The cool, sylish lobby is all glass and marble, whilst the staff at the reception desk offer all a warm welcome. Having been checked in by the wonderfully friendly staff, guests will notice the amazing indoor palm trees that stretch all the way up towards the ceiling, whilst sophisticated glass-fronted elevators glide easily between different floors of the building. Just outside lies the hotel's star attraction, the massive swimming pool complex which is criss-crossed with charming little wooden bridges and flanked by a verdant oasis of palms.
This area makes a stunning place to relax on a sunbed with a refreshing drink and a good book. A spectacular addition is the beach that extends into one of the swimming pools; as Maspalomas' well-renowned sand dunes are approximately a kilometre and a half away, guests are spared the necessity of making the daily treck to the beach. Here, the beach comes to the guests. The beach here is a hundred metres long, and is a man-made showstopper. There are plenty of facilities here to keep guests well-fuelled on their Spanish getaway; holiadymakers can enjoy a slice of pizza at the Caribbean-style thatched-roof pool bar, or choose to have a sophisticated lunch at the a la carte restaurant. Dinner time at the hotel is a fabulous experience; the buffets provide a wide variety of choice, with a show cooking stand where chefs cook steaks and other great dishes specially to order.
After dinner, holidaymakers can settle down with a relaxing drink in the lounge or enjoy live music, or simply enjoy an evening game of tennis, making this a wonderful place for a holiday.

The hotel is very impressive, and very big shaped like a M it is very clean and pool area is superb. You do have to grab your sunbeds by 7ish in the morning, which is a real pain, unfortunatley this seems to be the problem where ever you go. ( Have to say it was us BRITS doing this as the Germans seem to have one side of the hotel and the English on the other.)
Pool was cool but again you soon get used to it, and was cleaned every evening in fact it was spotless. The only let down around the pool areas, is that the photos make it look like sand around the pool area , which I was looking forward but we feel the best discription is like grit. we called it the kitty litter due to the number of cats that were around. It is quite sharp on your feet take shoes to wear into the water if like me you cant walk on stones.
Several small shops within the hotel. Restauarnt just by the pool and also a snack bar, quite expensive when you add it up over the length of your holiday.
I had a special birthday whilst there which was our reason for choosing this hotel, and was given champagne in the room when they saw the cards.
All in all great holiday, would go again.
Not much to do around the hotel in the evening, but taxi's are easy to get hold of and very cheap. The small town centre is a short taxi drive away with several duty free shops and souvenir shops. A couple of nice places to eat as well.
