We aren't loyal to any Hotel in Tenerife, we go where the offers are! However, this Hotel ticked all the right boxes. We had previously been to the Grand Adeje, which is a 5* and the Bourganville was better than that. We go 4 times a year.
The food was superb, a good mix of nationalities and the position is excellant. There are a couple of English Bars across the road if you like that sort of thing. The local buses are handy to travel around the island and the beach is within walking distance.
Thoroughly enjoyed it!

the hotel is immaculate all the staff are friendly and can't do enight for you, always plenty of varied food to chose for no matter what you eat. in house entertainment is excellent and there is always something to do no matter what your age from shooting to bingo. room cleaned daily and there are no bags and creepy crawlies. the only downside to the hotel is the bathrooms on the lower floors the bathrooms are tiny and badly designed as the sink may cause injuries to your head beacuse the gap between the toilet and the sink is very small no matter what your size but if you make a complaint to hotel reception they are only too happy to move you to another room if you are staying here ask to be put on a higher floor all in all we wpuld be happy to go back here
