Holiday Review

Stayed at Los Gigantes Hotel for 14nights( March 21st till 4th April) the hotel was spotlessly clean , sheets were changed every other day and towels every day.
Food was very good something for every one
The Management and Staff are very friendly and most of the guests
Nothing is too much trouble. The Manager is always on hand and always asking his guests if everything is ok. Excellent Hotel, cannot fault it in anyway
2 swimming pools 1 freshwater and 1 salt water and always plenty of sunbeds the beach is closed since accident but a nice beach at Playa Areana short walk away
Good bus service to San Juan and Las Americas
We Have been 6 times in last 3 years and looking forward to our next visit

Some nights good, some nights not so good cant please everybody but bars outside if you dont like the entertainment or short walk to Santago to a few music bars there

I have just spent a fortnight at this hotel I was amazed from the first moment I walked through the door until the moment I got back on the transfer coach to the airport. The staff and management treated us all with a professional attuide. The food quality in this hotel is one of highest quality I have had whilst staying in a Thomson Hotel.

The Thomson Gold Team were of the highest standard they could not do enough for you if it was booking trips who just going in for a chat.

The Thomson Gold entertainment team was excellant a big congratulation to Lou and Leanne who were 1st class whether during the day or evening entertainment.

A must trip whilst you are there is to the Thomson Gold Cat Sailing to go out and see the whales and dolphins a very good trip and you are giving alot of information from the crew.

The resort of Los Gigantes is small there is no beach but you only an hour bus ride into Playa des las americas.

I will be definately be back.
