Parque Das Dunas Hotel Holiday Reviews

The Parque das Dunas is a delightful complex of bungalows set amongst tropical gardens with direct access to the beach. The large swimming pool sits in the lush gardens adjacent to the sea with ample sun loungers and palm trees offering shade around the pool.

The hotel has an excellent bar and informal restaurant with the choice of dining inside or out, the latter enabling guests to enjoy the sounds of the ocean in this superb setting.

This friendly hotel really is the place to relax, unwind and soak up the ambience as beside the 12km powdery white sand beach. There are a few watersports but little else directly outside the hotel.

They lost our booking,cancelled flights,stated flight were full yet flew them with empty seats,refused to let people with boarding passes on to flights,left people at airports and were unable to give any clear information as to when or what flights were taking place. My husband ended up having to share the chartering of a flight in order to join me on Boa Vista. The hotel is situated on a beautifully quiet beach ,but some enormous developments taking place around the corner may spoil this peace for future visitors. The rooms are beautifully situated directly on the beach however the truama of the first three days with flight problems ruined our holiday. Other travellers had problems with lost luggage,cancelled flights,poor hotels and poor service. I could go on, no one wanted to return. The irony is the logo on a t shirt on the window in Sal airport Cape verde -no stress!
