We went to Dreams Beach Resort in July for 2 weeks. After visiting many countries I enjoyed my stay but would not go back. The entertainment for children was rubbish as was the adult entertainment. The reason I put poor on the comfort of the rooms was we were supposed to have double rooms but four of us ended up in the one room, not good enough. As for the waiters they were outstanding, and they work so hard for so little money. The hotel was overall beautiful, I couldn't fault anything with the hotel or pools. The only thing I would say is that there is not enough sunloungers, if you're not down by 6-7am forget it. The food in the Pergola restaurant is top class but the main restaurant is average and very repetitive, a lot of pasta and beef nearly every night. Breakfast was fine, great choice of everything.

Quality

Very good but its definitely a 3-4 star hotel, not a 5 star.

Service

Excellent by every waiter, bar staff, and room service.

Location

Fine, we weren't too far away from Naama Bay which is like a cattle market.

Food

Pergola restaurant was excellent, the main retaurant was average with the same foods every day.

Entertainment

None for adults or children, very bad, worst I have seen.

went in 2008 to dreams, booked to go back again in july 2009. this was our first trip to egypt and we thoroughly enjoyed it. the hotel was lovely although bathrooms could do with updating still found them to be very spacious and very clean. all the staff from housekeeping to those working wthin the lobby and restaurants were fantastic. they were very friendly and always willing to help out if there was any problems. gardens were beautiful and very well maintained. food was ok. sometime's bland, found breakfast to be the nicest. the only thing i was concerned about whilst there, was that there was not much entertainment in the evenings. felt that the hotel should cater more for the children also.

money wise the the quality was good. personally though i would say it is a more 4 star than a 5 star.

was fine very hilly, but excellent for working off the excess food and drink consumed. not good for asthmatics.

breakfast - excellent, other meals tended to be bland at times.

not brilliant. hotel lobby was where everyone tended to meet up kinda poor, and especially for kids.

after my 5th stay at dreams beach i think that speeks for its self
this hotel gets better every year last year they surprised us with a mexican resteront and well worth the £10.00 4 courses and all you can drink
the ala cart has been re vamped to make a romantic italian restaurent well wotth the visit
no hassle to get a good sun spot always plenty of beds , take advantage of the waters coming to you longer and please place an order with him
there not looking for tips but truely wont to serve you they love the english
the main buffee restorant is fab dont no how they cater for so many even if your a plain eater theres somthing for every one.
rooms excelent nice to have a fridge where they top you up dailey with water coke and orange no extra charge
we have made friends with a lot of the staff especialy our room man ( house keeper )
dont let the big blue water slides put you off the top pool area its not a noise maker infact its not used to often
yes you guessed it back again 2008 love it.
