I was recovering from Shingles and my mother was suffering the after effects of a car accident and we were both much in need of nurture. When we arrived Chef Amal was there to talk about my special dietary needs and immediately arranged for us to have dinner in our room as my mother was exhausted. The desire to exceed customer expectations and the Egyptian generosity and humour combined to create Marriott magic. Our pool towels were carried to the beach, red hibiscus flowers artistically adorned our pristine king sized beds and eveywhere there were Associates willing to attend to our every need. Designed as an oasis with curving Moorish archtiecture, waterfalls & fountains, luxuriant gardens vibrant with tropical birds, the ambience nourished our souls.
