This hotel is located in the centre of Agadir, a short distance from the beach. There is much on offer here, including fantastic traditional Moroccan food.

I stayed at the hotel for 14 nights, and i have never seen so many people ill with stomach bugs myself and husband was also very ill, it was meant to be a 4 star hotel and i would of rated it a 2, the decor was very poor, the cleanliness was poor dirty linen, towels stained and very worn, work continuing outside the hotel foyer until late in the evening 11pm welding and digging, air conditioning turned off, turned on only after enduring 8 sleepless nights and it was only turned on in our bedroom for short time period, the two ala carte restaurants never opened, the buffet restaurant served uncooked food, not hot no variety and there was alot of cross contamination of food especially on the barbeque, warm milk used for coffees was just full of skin, one morning the cold milk had actually gone off, we felt we was in faulty towers, but there was no bazil so there wasnt much to laugh at, the staff was rude and abrupt, each time you changed a cheque at reception the man always seemed to run out of money so you was short changed. The hotel was built in the 70's and has not changed, i would advise anybody who's booked to go there not to as they will be ill, and have a very disappointing holiday, also our first choice rep wasnt helpful.

agadir is an up and coming resort there is alot of building work going on. the beach is ideal for surfers because of the breeze the sea is not clear so i only went on the beach once for a walk. the ramada les almohades hotel is run down and in need of refurbishment. lots of green hair around because of the chlorine in the pool. chicken in your ice cream. there is not enough facilities in this hotel to cope with the capacity of it. very geared towards the french sometimes things were not translated into english for example when the volley ball was starting. everybody had the holiday tummy. so beware if you book ,don't expect anything nice then you won't be disappointed!

Hotel receptionists not very welcoming, they took passports and entry cards off us and seemed to be very unorganised, as they were trying to serve..." (further information on Hotel Ramada Les Almohades Agadir)
