Warning to all potential users of the "Hello Phuket Hotel" website. I had a very nasty experience where we booked online, using credit card, the site claims amongst other features:
1) Confirmed Instant Booking
2) A Safe & Secure Environment.
Bottom line once the booking was confirmed, we double checked with the hotel 3 days before by going to the hotel only to find the hotel had NO KNOWLEDGE of our booking. Then emails started flying through offering really cheap equivalents. We requested our Money back and where told telephonically it had been done. IT HAS NOT. To date no confirmation of a refund has been received. Needless to say we have flown home and are still waiting for the refund.
