My wedding day was beautiful because of the person in charge, everything else was horrible. The room was fair, the food was average and the service was bad. The people there aren't friendly at all. I had an issue with a staff member on two occassions and spoke to two managers, but nothing was done. I will never return again.

Holiday Review
Wow, but then i would say that.We got married there.
Upon arrival, our party were greeted with a glass of rum punch while we awaited our room keys.
We had 2 teenage sons, so we wanted to make sure that this would also be a holiday for them too.
If you are thinking of getting married, i can strongly reccommend this option.
The people are so friendly.
If you have small children, all their needs are catered for.
And bless them, the hurricane that only turned out to be a tropical storm, - they were prepared. {they aint been to England on a windy day}
Service
Ask and you will receive. They cannot do enough for you. If you have any problem they will deal with it, and it is straight away.
Location
Fantastic location, on the beach front. And if you stay by the adults only pool, you have pool-sun lounger-bar-beach. {yes in that order} and even i can walk that distance.
Food
The food was exceptional, with plenty of choice to cater for all needs. Although it was an inconvinience that you had to book at certain restaurants. And to use the others, stand in a queue and wait to be served.
Entertainment
could be better. they only catered for a seven day program. so if you are planning on staying in the hotel at all times prepare yourselves. Although i must say that when a band was playing, they were very good.

I went here with my mum dad and brother for my 20th birthday, i have been to several place in the caribbean and this is my favorite.
The food is wonderful and on the 6 day my brother found a little place, hidden, full of snacks if you didnt fancy the beach BBQ lunch.
The staff were so friendly and eager to please, unlike other places, you are not expected to tip but we did because the service was brilliant.
Never saw a maid, but you'd never guess! Our room was spotless everyday, sheets changed everyday and little presents left on the bed in the shape of towel animals!!
Brilliant value for money because it may seem a bit expensive, but well worth spending the extra 100 pound compared to the other place, you'll definately leave with a grin on your face.
