The reservation was made for 3 adults. Quality The hotel claims to be a 4 star property but I have stayed at 3 stars and had a better experience. Service I had to call the front desk for this problem and they sent up a roll away bed. I also had to call for towels. I didn't get a remote control for the tv until the second day because they didn't have any more. On the second day I requested an iron. I didn't get it until I went down and spoke to the manager on the desk and informed that I had been asking since yesterday. Food The food is displayed very appealing to the eye but looks better than it tastes. Entertainment The entertainment staff uses the guests for the shows instead of performing. They need to be more creative and perform and not use guests all the time.
