Me and my husband stayed at the holiday inn sunspree in montego bay in jamaica,we had a family loss that year and decided to treat our selves a break without the children.we are both in our early thirties and decided that the holiday inn sunspree was the place to try it looked like paradise in the brochure.the minute we got off the plane locals immediately couldnt wait to try to help with our baggage for a small charge,the people in jamaica are really friendly I have never met people who are so friendly as them,we arrived at our hotel which was only a ten minute drive from the hotel,the bus pulled up at the hotel and we couldnt believe our eyes the brochure hadnt lied this truly was paradise the gardens are so beautiful they had an holiday inn sunspree sign on the lawn done in flowers it was so nice.we walked into the lobby and that was out of this world,a cascading waterfall was in the lobby how lovely.we were then greeted by really freindly reception staff,a porter then carried our bags to our room,the room was really big with a massive bed the room was really clean.we headed straight for the pool there was a family pool which was gorgeous with us not having our children with us we decided to sit around the adult pool this had a swim up bar the beach was right next to the swimming pool while we lay on our sunlounges we both agreed that we had found paradise,it is definetly an hotel to go for special couple time,but at the same time failies are also made very welcome the family swimming pool is one end of the building and the adult pool is the other end so families an couples are well catered for.there is also diving facilities my husband had never dived before but he had a go and really enjoyed it so much overall I honestly cant complain about the hotel at all its truly fantastic an soon as the children are older we will definetly be going there more frequently so if you have booked you wont be dissapointed its paradise
