The Sunset At The Palms sits in its own ten acre tropical rainforest gardens, next to the Negril Palm Reserve, and it really is a tropical paradise.
Guests here are accommodated in treehouse-style rooms, made entirely from wood and standing on stilts and surrounded by banana and mango trees. Inside, the rooms are designed with an Asian flavour, with stunning teak furniture including a king size bed, and a modern slate bathroom with a power shower. Outside there is a private veranda with each bedroom, complete with incredibly comfortable seating.
The rooms are located across the road from the resort's private stretch of beach, so guests do not have to go far to wriggle their toes in the sand. The resort also has its own lagoon style swimming pool, including a whirlpool bath and a swim-up bar. There is also a gym for the more active guests, and tennis courts. There are trails around the resort for a walk around amongst local flora and fauna.
The restaurants here are great, with two al fresco dining options, and one inside. After dinner, there is no better activity than to sit and watch the sun sink below the horizon, surrounding by the palm trees.
Bloody Bay is opposite the hotel, with a beautiful sandy beach and shallow waters perfect for swimming. Negril centre with its supermarket amongst other amenities is 4km away.

Steven Currell said, "Been to Point Village ten times, in nine different months of the year. Lovely natural location with marine life visible without entering the water. Staff are brilliant, they treat you like family. Have met some outside of work for sociable and/or family introductions in their home environment. Want to to make more visits or preferably live on site." (further information on Sunset At The Palms)
