Add Your Review RSS Feed for Latest Aquamarina Hotel Holiday Reviews aquamarina hotel cancun  Review by DENISE from YORKSHIRE on October 3, 2007 for stay during August, 2007.  Overall    Service    Room Comfort    Cleanliness    Food    Value   Tour Operator/Travel Provider: my travel We stayed at the aquamarina as a group booking which was booked in may 2006,we had a disabled son,so we had to make sure the rooms where ok..bathroom facilities anyway this is our main worry ,we where told they were ok by the travel agent,s..but belive me they where not the rooms were ok nothing to shout about but it was a 3 star hotel,the food was rouhly the same all the time not very nice and sometimes cold,and the bathroom well we could not even get our son through the door opening hence he could not go to toilet,the staff was not very helpful so we complained and thank god we got moved to a beutiful 5 star hotel well that was the begiing of a great holiday the hotel was fantastic and the staff first class what a difference......the tour operators sorted this all out for us as the aquamarina was no good.......so please anyone with disablitys should consider the room space ect.........hotel penasus excellent,food, jacuzzi,plasma tv,staff great,entertainment fantastic,hurrican dean was there it was nothing to shout about but the staff were great the food they put on was fantastic,drinks there could not do anough for us all...13 in total we all came home and wow what mermeries........hotl penasus please consider near the hilton hotel Nearby Holiday Reviews Crown Paradise Holiday Reviews (Cancun, Mexico) Anonymous said, "The Crown paradise is a lovely hotel but we felt it was a bit on the large side for us.
