Built in 1187 by the Baron Rosenberg, is the enchanting castle the Schloss Rosenegg. After being beautifully restored in 1983 you can now enjoy a fantastically unique holiday in distinct surroundings steeped in history. The romantic hotel retains all the original ambiance of the castle with its towering turrets, suits of armour and coats of arms. The wonderful hospitality is provided by the family who runs the hotel, an Austrian-English couple, who ensure your holiday is memorable by offering a fabulous weekly programme. This includes a guided walk of Fieberbrumm, a "Lord of the Manor" buffet evening and to top it all off, their famous sound and light show. You can also visit the church square after a short 5 minutes' stroll through the heart of the resort.

After a day exploring the local area, why not come back to your very own castle and live like a king or queen by enjoying the regal amenities on offer. Check out the excellent leisure suite which contains an indoor pool, sauna, steam room and whirlpool or indulge yourself in the solarium and massage parlour (local charge). Why not head outside and chill out in the gorgeous garden speckled with sun loungers or relax on the sun terrace. Or you could completely unwind with a drink in the cool cocktail bar or lovely lounge.

But that's not all, when it comes to food this hotel knows its stuff. Start your day with a delicious buffet breakfast and polish off the evening with a tempting 4 course meal with a choice of main course and a daily salad buffet. You could always enjoy the weekly 5-course gala dinner or treat yourself to the "Lord of the Manor" weekly buffet.

Of the hotel's 100 bedrooms, each room comes with a private bath or shower, WC, cable TV, hairdryer and safe. For your convenience, there is a lift to all floors and FREE parking. If you come as a group, enjoy your castle in an apartment which contains a separate bedroom, a kitchen with tea and coffee maker as well as a private bath and WC.

Please note that balconies are available for all types of rooms - but on request only. There is no choice of evening meal on the day you arrive.
