Seefeld enjoys the perfect scenic location on its sunny mountain plateau, surrounded by imposing peaks and picturesque meadows. The resort is friendly, traffic free and family friendly. The Latino World Dance Festival (3rd-6th July) and the Village & Strudel Fête (12th July) offer beautifully decorated stands and you can try the traditional dishes and wine with the local music to enjoy. The 40th Seefeld flower festival (3rd August) has some of the most superbly decorated floats that parade through the village centre. At the 'La Notte della luci' (14th August) you will see all the streets change into a wonderful romantic evening as candles line the streets,this is a real favourite and lastly the Handicraft Festival on the 13th-14th september where you could purchase is alovely gift to take home such as wood carving, glass, and embroidery takes place as all the craftsmen show off their traditional talents.
Seefeld also has a good selection of amenities to offer and you will be able to visit many of its bars, cafes, and there is something to wet everybodys appetite here with Austrian,Italian, and Chinese restaurants to try during your stay. There is also a casino, a scattering of local shops, a post office, cinema, doctors and pharmacy.The Local transport services are good, with regular bus and train services, and a funicular railway to aid your movement around the vicinity.
