Söll lies in a lovely sunny valley which runs alongside the Hohe Salve mountain. The domed church is charming and the traditional houses are typically Tirolean with bars and cafes making you feel right at home. Söll boasts a brilliant swimming complex complete with outdoor and indoor pools and fun park where you can play basketball, volleyball and soccer, as well as magnificent walking trails for those who want to take advantage of the beautiful scenery. No matter what your walking ability, you will find a trail to suit you. There is some relaxing walks up to the Moor Lake from Soll which run along the valley to Scheffau. Ramblers will enjoy taking the Hohe Salve gondola from soll where they can use the 550km of superb walking paths in the Bergwelt area for the more extensive walks. Meanwhile, hikers can take advantage of the spectacular mountain range which offers some excellent climbs up the jagged peaks. You may even choose an overnight stay in a mountain hut if you want to carry on your hike the next morning.
There are lots of sightseeing trips to be taken to these include the Hintertux Glacier,Krimml Waterfalls,Innsbruck and Crystalworld,or the Seisenbergklamm Gorge.
