Söll lies in a lovely sunny valley which runs alongside the Hohe Salve mountain. The domed church is charming and the traditional houses are typically Tirolean with bars and cafes making you feel right at home. Söll boasts a brilliant swimming complex complete with outdoor and indoor pools and fun park where you can play basketball, volleyball and soccer, as well as magnificent walking trails for those who want to take advantage of the beautiful scenery. There is also an extensive network of 13 lifts in the local area, for which you can buy a seven day pass to facilitate getting around. There are also local bus services from Söll to Kuftstein, St. Johan and Wörgl, with all journies ranging from 25-35 minutes in duration. There is also a free Kaiserjet to the neighbouring villages of Scheffau,Itter, Ellmau and Going.There are train services to Innsbruck and Munich from Worgl Station to. Meanwhile, hikers can take advantage of the spectacular mountain range which offers some excellent climbs up the jagged peaks. You may even choose an overnight stay in a mountain hut if you want to carry on your hike the next morning.
