The Hotel Leifer boasts a lakeside position and is only a five minute walk in to the centre of St.Wolfgang there is also a bus stop right outside for exploring other areas.The hotel provides good standard of accommodation with both a friendly atmosphere and service.

There are 22 bedrooms with a lift to all floors,and all the rooms have a private shower,bath ,wc, cable TV and a many rooms have a balcony too.

There are many great features to enjoy starting with the superb location next to the lakeside,a cosy lounge for relaxing plus a TV and a small bar for the evenings (with a happy hour from 5.00pm-6.00pm)

The hotel serves delicious food with a buffet breakfast in the morning ,a packed lunch from the buffet breakfast, and a four course meal in the evenings where there is a choice from main course complete with a salad buffet daily.Don't miss the farmers buffet held weekly and the Christmas and New Year Gala dinners are included.

The small staff numbers made a nice change from the normal hotels we have stayed in and added to the personal touch. The hotel is run by a mother, father and son with a cleaner, who was like a ghost- the rooms were always clean but she kept herself very inconspicious!!! the amount of food supplied was more than adequate, with a buffet breakfast , the option of taking food with you for a day on the piste, walking or generally just enjoying the splendid scenery surrounding the lake. Alternatively if you were in the hotel during the day a 2 course lunch was supplied. The evening meal consisted of an amazing home made soup, different every night!!, buffet salad bar, main course and then a pudding. Also included was a drink!!! After enjoying the meal the relaxed bar welcomed you in where you could get to know the other residents in an informal atmosphere, we generally walked around in socks or our slippers and nobody batted an eyelid!! The happy hour when you got 2 for 1 drinks warmed the cockles a bit!!! The rooms were comfortable and clean ,maybe a bit dated with the furnishings ,but none the less a welcoming sight after a tough day skiing.
