With a delightfully welcoming atmosphere and a proximity to largely spacious sunny slopes, the French resort of Superdévoluy is guaranteed to impress and delight all skiers. Set at the the very center of the Southern Alps, with close proximity to Grenoble, this resort is a wonderful alternative to other, more crowded and pricey ones in the same area. The snow here is fresh and well-groomed while the atmosphere never ceases to amaze with its relaxed friendliness.
The apres ski may not be overly loud, but there is a good selection of cafes and bars in the area for a quiet drink after a long day of skiing. La Fournaise and Le Chalet and great destinations for a chat over a glass of wine or two. Le Refuge, Le Cristal and L'Establou (to name but a few) are great venues to treat your palate to some of the most delicious tastes this region can offer.
Plenty of activities are available to keep you occupied on those rare occasions when you will not be skiing. Try skidooing, ice wall climbing, tobogganing or visit one of the local adventure parks. For a more in-depth discovery of the local area, try hiring a snowmobile or an all-terrain vehicle. Or just simply head into the wilderness with some cross-country skiing. | The La Joue du Loup Apts can be found just five minutes to the nearest piste,ski lifts and the shops.Guests will enjoy the great location along with a good standard of accommodation ranging from studios, apartments and chalet style accommodation with a heated outdoor pool at all properties.
There is a Type C Studio for four people which has a dining/living area plus two single pull out beds and a cabin room for two people.A bathroom and a seperate wc. The Type E aparments can accommodate six people and have a dining/living area and two single pull out beds,there is a bedroom with two singles,and an alcove also with two single beds.The facilities are as the Type C Studio. The Type G apartments sleeps eight people with the same rooms and facilities as the Type E but has an extra bedroom with two single beds. Guests will find that all the apartments have a fully equipped kitchenette with a fridge,microwave or oven, dishwasher, four hot plates and a balcony or terrace.
