The Apres Ski scene is excellent and there is something to suit everybody with vibrant bars such as the Elgen Bar, Experten Sports Bar or the Loftet,and if you want to party all night the Hemsem night club will see you do just that.The familys will find quieter bars aswell and enjoy a drink infront of a log fire,there is also the Hemsedal Cafe to try, one not to be missed!
If you fancy a change from skiing you will be pleasantly surprised with the choice of different activites here with Dog -sledding, Bowling, Sleigh rides and skidooing.You can also pre-book excursions or try ski touring aswell.Hemsedal has a great choice of places to eat out aswell and some fantastic suggestions would be the Oxen, Garasjen, or Peppes Pizzeria,and you can also find banks, shops and supermarkets here to.
