It is also a town famous for its brilliant atmosphere. You will not run out of things to do and places to visit with the wealth of museums, galleries, vineyards, spas and country fairs. You can take part in many different activities including cycling,golf, wine tasting, swimming indoor and out, rafting and kayaking.Enjoy the many cafes,bars,shops or try your luck in the casino.
For those keen on completing a walk, there are plenty to choose from, and all at a pace to suit you. For ramblers, "The Vineyard Route" from Ouchy to Chillon Castle. For hikers there are many challenging peaks around the lake, or for simple sightseeing there different excursions available, with tickets being purchased independently using Swiss transport.
