Reservations are required for all transport services. The hotel is also a stop on the I Ride Trolley, serving Universal Boulevard and the International Drive areas for just dollars a day.

Ours was a good sized family room (two queen-size beds) including armchair, desk, tv, en suite bath/shower, double wardrobe, four drawers, air conditioning/heating and in-room digital safe. The room was very clean and maid service was daily. Beds were changed every three days, or more frequently if you wished. Towels could be changed daily. The beds were to die for - so comfortable and the linen was of the best quality. The staff in the hotel were very friendly and helpful. The pool area was always clean and warm and the jacuzzi red hot! The gift store was reasonably priced, claiming to be cheaper than Disney stores, and this was correct. There were good self-service laundry facilities on the second floor. There was ample car parking facilities. We felt that the Crowne Plaza Universal was centrally located for all the attractions. We can't recommend this hotel enough.
