Advice on Reading Reviews

Please remember that all of the reviews which are posted on Holiday Critic are the personal opinions of individuals and not those of Holiday Critic, as human beings we are all different and therefore we all have different expectations and opinions. Remember that one person's heaven is another person's hell.

Take note of the dates of the reviews you are reading as any faults with accommodation and venues are often rectified very quickly as a result of comments made here. The newer the review clearly the more relevant it is likely to be.

Advice on Writing Reviews

To submit a review you must be at least 13 years old.

Language and Grammar

Reviews MUST be submitted in English. No reviews with ALL Capital letters (there is no need to shout), do not over use symbols such as !!!!! (one exclamation is quite enough!) It's the same with question marks, is that OK with you?

Family Suitable

No prejudicial comments, no reports on crime or criminal activity, no non family suitable material of any kind.

You are not allowed to quote or refer to any other sources.

Individual and Truthful

No hearsay or rumours, no reviews by owners, managers, employees current or otherwise. No reviews based on incentives such as discounts or special treatment in exchange for favourable reviews. Any such infringement will be dealt with accordingly.

So in short, just reviews from you as an individual. You went somewhere and you kindly told us about it as truthfully as possible and in your own words.

Relevant & Non Political

This is not a forum for any political, ethical or religious comments. We will not post any such comments.

Non Commercial

We will not publish any commercial web addresses, email or contact, or any promotional information of any kind. We always reserve the right to reject any information for any reason.
