One of the restaurants (indian/moroccan) had nice food but the service was ridiulously over fussy.The spa is excellent but again charges full european 5 star prices. The hotel is in an excellent location close to the souks etc. However, it was also very quiet despite its central location (the calls to prayer from the adjacent Koutoubia mosque at 5am you get used to!). We would definitely return to the hotel if we go back to Marrakech."

The porter who took me to my room kept holding my wrist and pointing things out to me. It was only when he had gone, I felt an 'empty' feeling, and noticed that my watch had gone. If you do choose to stay at this place, avoid the porters like the plague."
